window is extremely small after the new update

    Hey everyone,

    I am trying to figure out how to fix the size of my maplestory window. It is now very small and I don't know why.

    This started happening after I downloaded the new update and tab'd maplestory into full screen mode, then took it back into window mode.


    Any help is appreciated

    Can you try the following

    Step 1: MapleRoyals folder > right-click MapleRoyals.EXE
    Step 2: Select Properties
    Step 3: Select Compatibility
    Step 4: Select Change high DPI settings
    Step 5: Tick Program DPI & Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling perform by: - Select System

    Thank you so much. You have fixed my problem. But I have to keep doing this because my computer is putting maplestory in compatibility mode each time I finish playing.

    Why do you have to keep doing it?

    I only have this problem if I accidentally full screen my game
    Not sure what you mean by - "putting maplestory in compatibility mode each time I finish playing"
