When trying to run the new Mapleroyals client, I ran into the msvcp140.dll was not found error message you mentioned above. After running Windows Update, I tried to install the 32bit from the link you posted, but I got this error message 0x80240017 - Unspecified error.

I was wondering if you knew how I should troubleshoot this and what I should be doing moving forward. By the way, I'm running Windows 7 using Parallels 14 on my Mac if that helps.
    Thanks!

Not too sure how to make Royals work on Parallels or Bootcamp, only have experience on Windows

Delete the file you added, and reinstall the Visual C++ (or repair them)

Possible to remove all the Visual C++ and install only the 2015 ones?

I helped 1 player to solve it this way as his computer did not work by just installing the Visual C++

No idea why it's not fixed for you

The only files needed would be 64 bit of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (may need 32 bit as well)

Guess have to wait for other alternative solutions

I can't understand why its not working
It worked perfectly before the update
I hope the staff will not ignore this issue...
I don't think they really care about it , most of the players don't have this problem , so they will not bother fix it.
