i cant reset my PIC

    Hi,

    i've been trying to get my PIC code reset but i dont get the email to reset it.
    when i put in my email it says that i did put in the mail that matches this account.

    Just a gentle reminder to not reveal your Account ID on public places such as forum

    The reset PIC will work if the email you entered matches the one in the system, it will not say whether you entered the correct email
