Closed MAC Ban

    Character Name: Pinguu
    Problem: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Additional Information: Not sure what's relevant, I can provide answers to any of your questions

    I only have 1 character, I've only been playing for a very short amount of time. I'm new.

    Edit: I made a new character, still crashes when i try to go past character select screen

    Try update your graphic driver and restart PC

    Thank you for response :)
    I've done both those, as well as try reinstalling the game, restarting my internet, etc. When i followed the official Mapleroyals troubleshooting guide it said to make this post in character issues; I also posted in ban appeal because I wasn't sure.
