Game crashes after selecting character

    Hello,

    I when selecting my character my game would crash and I would get the following error:

    I have done the following:
    Reset my PIN
    Reset/remove my PIC

    No I have not, is this a normal thing after an update?

    Where would I download these files?

    Oh I see what you mean, I have to download the whole game again. I will do that right now.

    I am still getting the same error:

    I first completely removed the old one and restarted my computer.
    Then installed the newest version: MapleRoyalsSetup-1024x768-20.04.22

    Is there anything else I can try?

    As this issue don't have a fixed solution, you can try the following

    1) restart PC
    2) update graphic drivers
    3) Windows Update
    4) Make new character and login it
    5) re-install and restart

    Dang I did the following things and it still didn't work.

    1.)Windows update: 1903-OS Build 18362.815 and 1909-OS Build 18363.815
    2.)Graphics Drivers update: win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.4.1-apr2
    3.)Uninstall game and restarted PC
    4.)Installed game and made new character and got the same error

    Is there anything that can be done in the backend? Like clear my character cache data or anything?

    I was level 29 looking forward to getting to level 30. :'(

    I did basically the same thing, and still can't log in.
    I also restarted router, reset pic, tried multiple accounts/characters.

    Edit: Updated to latest Win 10 version 1909, and now able to log in.
