    i just changed my face with a royal coupon
    while i was looking at the face i accidentally chose the wrong face...

    i'd like to know if i can revise it....

    i don't want to pay the pound again

    Unfortunately, the Staff are unable to refund due to player's mistake

    They can only refund you the Royal coupon for reasons such as - the hair/face you selected is buggy
