Closed Halloween umbrella disappeared after tranfering to another character

    hi I was about to sell my Halloween umbrella but when I went to sell it in trade it said unsuccessful so I told the buyer let put it on another character and try from there but when I did that I couldn't find the umbrella anywhere in the cashshop so yeah it just disappeared any help is appreciated thanks:)

    Just making sure-- did you check the cash shop inventory thoroughly? It's not that I'm doubting you, I've thought I lost items forever too, until I double / triple checked my inventory ~f17

    it cld be possible for it to be the bugged apr thing where they disappear tho :( someone's ice flower disappeared completely due to tat same bug so i wld assume nx items are all able to experience it
