I cant download the client

Everytime I download the client it says that there is a virus, I tried to shut down Norton and it still doing it.

I think you should make another client.

 

Making another client wouldn't fix anything. You need to completely disable Norton. Clearly, there's something still running that is preventing you from downloading the client.

 

How can I do that?
