I don't know why my 2 accounts were blocked...

You don't seem to be banned. Have you tried restarting your router?

 

Hi Shane, Thanks I restarted the router and I made it to log in. Now the issue is that, when I input my PIC, the server disconnects me.

 

Try restarting your computer.

 

Already did, problem still continues :/

 

Then unfortunately you'll have to try connecting with a VPN for the time being, as that seems to work for some people. But, there is no concrete solution to the issue at the moment, since it's new with the latest update and we are still actively investigating it. Since this is not a ban appeal anymore, I'm going to be closing this thread.
