    Your Character Names: BarRefaeli, RedFalcon
Last thing you did: being in Ludi
Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea. I don't know if I am even banned at all, but searching the error message on the forums, it seems possible.

It seems like you are connecting from a banned ip address, could you please try restarting your router?

It's most likely because your ISP is giving you recycled banned IPs. I would keep trying or contact your ISP and ask for a static IP.

Like I said earlier you can ask your ISP for a static IP or maybe used a paid VPN. I'm guessing your ISP gives you a small pool of IP address and most of them happen to be banned because rule breakers.

i restarted my router a couple of times now and it's still not working.. a static IP cost money per month so it's not an option really.. any other way to solve this?
