Closed Just returning to the game finding my account has been banned or something like that

Character Name: ExcaliBear / ExcaliMage (I cant remember the name its been a year but he was an ice lightning mage around level 90 or 100 something like that)
Last thing you did: Haven't touch the game in a year I think the last time I logged in was in last day of april 2019 or around the start of may 2019
Why do you think you got banned?: I really don't know why am I getting banned.
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connections
What GM banned you (optional): Have no idea

None of those seem banned. Can you please try restarting your router again? I don't know if you did this the first time, but try waiting up to a minute before you turn it back on.

 

I tried again, I tried to change ip, nothing still doesnt work
