So I've been unable to play since the start of quarantine because of the ISP blockage that was going around. I actually managed to log in once with a VPN, but when I tried to use it again I got banned from that location (I am assuming for security reasons). Is there anyway to exempt my account from this security measure so I can play using a VPN?

I am aware that it was fixed in most areas, but unfortunately not mine. I've been keeping close attention to when it would get fixed and for me it hasn't yet. I tried uploading a picture but I don't know how, but the error I get is: "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later"
Just to confirm, you are unable to even launch the client right? The moment you try to load Royals = "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later"
I can log into my account, but right before I enter the game (after entering the character menu and inputting pin) I am put back to the loading screen.
