Closed SOLVED : erhm new account can't login

i'm a coming back player, forgot my previous account details such as pin so i tried openning a new account and it just dc's everytime i try to enter my new character, i've read on forums that some people suggest ban appeal for some reason so here i am.

solution for everyone :

i live in israel and using HOTpartner IPS, i went to my phone, disabled wifi and only let the mobile data to work, hopend hot spot and connected my pc via wifi and it worked
surely not the most optimal solution but this is what it is for right now

hey, so i tried restarting the modem with few minutes to rest and still getting dc,
