Can you try connecting from a private VPN? You don't appear to be banned.

Well, I asked my ISP to change my IP adress, seems to work so far.

why did it happen in the first place?

Probably specific ports being blocked by the connection/ISP. I had that same issue when I tried logging in through a guest wifi network, and when I got home it logged in just fine. If this happens again, try just restarting your router again, and if that doesn't work then try playing off of either mobile data or use a VPN. I'm sure it's a pain to contact your ISP each time.
