Ign: AufHaven Problem: Buddy list stopped working yesterday (04/29/20) while i was grinding/doing quests around, i guess that has nothing to do with the problem, but just in case... Apparently there's no friends on my buddy list, its empty however i can see them when they are talking and when i try to reply i get a system error saying that i have no buddies, also no notifications on friends logging or changing to my channel. Guild/alliance works fine and my other characters aren't experiencing this problem. I tried reinstalling the game, didn't work at all. So far i expanded my buddy list up to 135 in the previous days and also tried to expand it further after i noticed the problem, this didn't work as well. I was browsing old threads, most from years ago and apparently this was a thing in the past, but the possible solutions posted aren't working for me (removing/respawning pet?) So seems that i need GM/Admin help here? which i hope to get promptly since its a crippling issue. Thanks in advance.

I think it's a known issue and will be resolved within the next server check. atleast it should be known since one of my friends has reported the same issue. maybe try adding them on a mule character so you can atleast communicate with them? you could whisper them to delete your main character off their BL for the time your buddylist is not working, so they have a slot for you and don't have to delete somebody else.
I hope so as no staff member has acknowledged this thread neither i have seen any other thread or post (or i have missed it perhaps?) I have another character where i got some of my buddies, however i don't think its coming to the extent where anyone will delete me, they can see me logging and online on their lists.
Maybe i misunderstood him... I think the issue has to do with the new expandable buddylist. my friend said, as soon as he added his 104th friend his buddylist died and stopped working like intended. You could smega and ask them to delete your main & add a Mule. Maybe that helps for the time being? Also i'd repost this not in character issues but here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/report-bug.41/ i feel like character issue threads are dealt with slower as it [usually] does not affect too many people.. good luck!
