Closed SP Reset issue

IGN: MYMANKUSHI
Problem: Can't reset points from 2nd job to 1st
Details: So I followed an old Hunter guide, which said to max "Final Attack". Later on I understood that its not good, and started using my NX to reset it while following a new guide, that said max all others and in levels 68+ use the points for Focus(1st job) . The Problem now is that I finished maxing 2nd job skills but I cannot reset points from "Final Attack"(2nd job) into Focus(1st) using SP Reset from NX Shop.
Can some admin help me out moving points from Final attack into Focus?

Make sure you buy SP reset for 2nd job to reset point from Final Attack.

Should I do anything else to contact an Admin? or is this Thread enough?

 

To clarify you want to move 8 points from Final Attack: Bow to Focus right? If so please have 8 SP resets (2nd job) on your character so an admin can move the points for you manually.

 

I bought them all now. I also have one 1st job reset that I tried to use as a solution before this thread. Can you use it and take the extra 500NX from my account?
