Closed Account possibly hacked?

    IGN: Swordnin
    Problem: I am unable to access my account.
    Details: I've inputted my username and password to log into my account but am unable to because of an incorrect password/username. Sure I might've made a typo; I tried again a few more times. I still couldn't log in. I have also tried using the Control Panel to reset my password but to no avail. I have multiple accounts in Royals and this is the only account that I can't access.

    Try login with first 12 characters of your password

    The new client is supposed to support password length up till 100 characters
    But it is still bugged currently and pending for a fix
