Closed error?not sure is that a bug.

IGN: not sure what is it.
last thing i did. i think i am leveling up in gelom forest.
Why do i think i am ban. i think i used my friend computer playing games.
there isn't ban message. i can log in fine. i can see my charater and i can play my charater for less than a minutes but after few minutes in the map i will kick out' i mean log out without concrol. it has start a few day already. please help me fixing it as i am a stupit learner for computer.

sorry, i need to tell you more about it. it happen to all my acounts and i can log it fine and doing fine in city center i mean no monster there. whenever i move to hit moster at other place i will recieve[ unable to connect the game server] ---log out without concrol. i have been a few not playing.

i am doing fine with seleting the charater, but after i see my charater in the map , i will kick out and show[ unable to connect the game server] when i log in again, it shows [ you have already log in]....
it's not internet problem, i can playing other game fine.
i thing mapleroyals is the best server, it's simple and safe.. please help me

 

Have you tried rebooting your computer when you face this dc? Are you in a map with mobs?

 

i have download and install mapleroyals again and change network as well. it doesn;t help.
no, i didn't reboot it. how do i reboot? i can go to free market fine by clicking green bottom as soon as log in if not it will stuck in the map and log off [ unable to connect......try again later]. but when i move back to the original map or other map which have monster, it will happen again.

 

Restart your computer. Shut it down and turn it back on.

 

i did restart so many time. as i shutdown and turn on.... what cause this ? i can move around the Freemarket and city center. if i go out for leveling i will stuck there......

I can log in and i can see just like your photo, but in five seconds everything become frozen, and 'unable to connect the game server', i have played the other maple private server before mapleroyals. since i play mapleroyals i fall into it. never touch other server again, up to now. i just want to ask is that involve the error. how can i do, i have deleted it already. i can search internet and everything is fine..i have two computers, both aren't working.. that is all. I would really appreciate your help.
