Not Bug Level 70 Mount Quest

Hello, when I am doing the quest to help protect the hog, I am able to obtain the 5 Pheromone but unable to obtain the 5 Kenta’s Reports. When the chest spawn, I am unable to break them. I have uninstalled the game and it still doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

 

did u hit them with normal attack?

 

No, doing it like how when you break the chest/rocks z helm pre quest like that. When you lay down and poke it.

 

tats normal attack. but is it possible for u to record urself doing the quest and being unable to hit? it would really help

 

Oh lol, yea doing normal attack. I’m currently at work right now (work night shifts PST time). I will be able to when I get home. I’ll reply to you around 5am PST. Thanks again for the help!

Wow, really? That’s so weird! Yes, I am on the latest files. The 4/22 ones.

 

Are you using the 800x600 client?
I managed to do it yesterday on 1024x764, might have something to do with that

Have you tried attacking the chest while standing up, rather than pressing down?

 

Tried that as well. Tried standing, laying down, changed weapons. Everything lol.

 

Well based off the video, the only thing I can say (and is a common thing people tend to forget) is that don't use a skill as your down attack to break chests. Use the actual attack key (since in the video, you started using magic claw when you stood up).



If that doesn't solve anything then I don't know :S glitch maybe.

 

OMG WOW!! Thank you so much. I just looked at my keys and “magic claw” was on Z and “attack” was not on a key bind. It worked LOL
