IGN: Broekie Problem: Cannot get past character selection screen Details: all of a sudden when trying to get past character selection screen, I get disconnected from the server. Cannot remember doing anything that caused a ban on my character.
restarted both, issue stil remains: "you have been disconnected from the login server. pLease try again later."
Hey i restarted my pc and my routher and the issue is still remains for me to we got the same problem
Unfortunalty the issue still remains after a month since it has showed up. I don't know if it's a bug or for some reason I got banned. Normally I just quit playing a game but because I like this game so much I'd like to know if there is anything I could do to resolve this. Its defintely not a router nor computer problem like @Johnny suggested.
Maybe you have a certain anti-virus or firewall that's blocking it. Otherwise, run on admin. If nothing works, try making a 2nd account if you don't already have one and try to access the game. That might help pinpoint the problem.
