Closed character level become zero

    I used to play till LV68, but when i come back to play this time my character's LV become 1.

    Also my things are all gone, the only thing left is the NE point.

    Pls help me with this thx

    I just cancle my old R2C2 and create a new one.
    Cause the old one suppose to be LV68 but dont know somehow become LV1 so I cancle it.
    Also there one more thing, when i hit LV10 I can not reset my abilities.

    Tim的意思是 R2C2 这个角色从来没有超过 lv12, 包括被删除的

    我們这边也没有 lv10 可以重置 AP 的特征。所以你可能记错伺服器了

    maybe the reset part i remember wrong
    I last played it about two years ago
    And i played Bandit to 68lev i still got nx point in my account
    cause as i remember if the LV is not above 15 can not get the point
    so is there anything wrong with my account?
