    Someone dropped it and I picked it up. I believe I was in Kerning City at the time.

    I don't remember his name. I do remember going to the NPC shop of weapons or armor in Kerning City to sell some items and noticed it. Also, does this explain why I got disconnected while on a ship to Victoria? I'll have to wait for it again.
