Today, server time : 12/5/2020 This is the 4th server check since i have applied for my character ign change. after the 1st server check, my name hadn't been changed. I thought that the name would be changed later in game ( as i was not sure how it works), i didn't ask about that. Apparently, it didn't change eventually. after the 2nd server check, my name hadn't been changed. I asked. GM said they had loads of problems (problems about Fredrick etc) to handle so they couldn't make ign changes. i understand that. after the 3rd server check, my name still hadn't been changed. I asked. GM said my thread wasn't with an 'OPEN' Tag so they couldn't notice my thread. I don't really remember whether that is Tim or Matt the one to put an ''OPEN'' Tag for me. Anyway the tag was shown after that. after the 4th server check, my name still hadn't been changed. Honestly, i am pissed. Why would an ign change application takes like forever? After reconsidering it, i think probably there are some problems with my application. How i make my application : 1) Open a thread in 'Support', with a title '' Character name change application '' 2) Write the thread with this format: // Current ign : Preferred ign : 1. 2. 3. // 3) i made some amendments of the preferred ign as i found that one of them is taken. ( i was curious about whether it was taken or not so i try to create a char with that name ) 4) make sure the thread is with the ''OPEN'' Tag. So, why would i still get ignored in the application. Is there any problem i didn't take note of? Please help! It's been nearly 3 months.
