Same as you did with +500 max HP but this time with max MP. It will give opportunity for classes to wash that extra 500 MP (classes can generate 750 HP from that), mages will be happy to receive that extra MP to either wash to HP or keep as MP. it will help people get to new bosses it will not harm players who previously HP washed (since getting that extra 500 MP will surly benefit them and will allow them to generate more HP for harder bosses). Make the items hard to loot so newbies can collect them and sell them for high values (it will help mediocre players get decent money to maybe start a new character and wash it). It will obviously not make this server "easier" just a little help to adjust to new bosses being introduced. Thank you for reading
I like this suggestion. It'd help most new players who get their characters past level 80 and then get hit in the face with the brick we call HP washing. It would even help those people with 30k hp as more MP is always nice. Its a win for everyone.
For mages 500 MP is pretty worthless since you can gain more than 100 MP every lvl later on In addition, 5 mp washes will give you around 500 MP or more and it will be a lot cheaper just to buy 5 apr than do the whole quest (and there is no lvl limit for mage wash since you got all the int already) It should probably be like 2000 MP to be anything worth to do
Or just like the current HP quest, they can make it so that different classes gain different amounts of MP. Mages gain the most, like 2k MP or something and warriors gain the least, like 100-200 MP. All other classes gaining like 500 MP would be great!
Maybe make it something like: Mages= 2k MP Corsairs/Archers= 1k MP (to compensate for their harder washing) Warriors= 250 MP (cause their washing needs low MP) Everyone else= 500 MP
I don't think +500MP for mages is ever worthless since they use those 40%~75% potions to recover their mp so the higher the MP the better (You might argue it's not enough but it's not worthless at all). I just feel that a quest for increasing MAX MP should complete the idea of the other quest too, help many players (either players with very high HP to wash for some more or those who reached 30K and now have little MP to have some more MP) and it will help players to farm and sell those items. All in all when introducing a new insanely strong boss immediately the whole server starts a new attacker to wash him some more so he can participate. I'm only saying that giving that quest line option to help players generate some extra HP will help control the inflation in AP reset prices and all in all keep the balance in the game and make people happy.
Worthless is subjective, but 500 MP when most mages are over healing with pots makes it insignificant.
