To be honest, I don't see the problem. It's obvious donations are needed to keep the server running; and the rewards are purely aesthetic, no gameplay improvements whatsoever. As long as the prices for donor hairstyles/NX will be decent and affordable for everyone, I'd say it's a good thing, since, in the end, people will want to donate if it's not too expensive, and the quantity of these donations will only help keep the server up and running. And Diana, I talked to KC, too, and he never said a word about it being free. You might have misunderstood him, remember it incorrectly; or he misexpressed it. No one knows, but it doesn't matter, anyway.
I don't want to call you a liar. I don't have a problem with the hairstyles and faces being obtainable only for donators. I really don't. I have a problem that someone told me that it will be free and made me hope for it, and then I see someone else who said that it was never stated that it will be free. You have no idea how disappointed I am right now.

No, but you're the only one to complain about it. No one else who's played for an extended amount of time without donating has complained about the new donor NPC. Everyone sees it as fair.

From my first impressions, from when we talked about adding in new hairs and faces, I thought everyone would be-able to get them. But after some discussion and the server really needs donations we decided to make them donator only, sorry for the miss understanding.

I understand that it is titled "Hairstyles" but it was mostly a discussion about whether or not cosmetic items after v0.62 would be free, so it's probably not appropriate to necropost here. But to answer your question, it came out after v0.62, and is most likely included as one of the hairstyles you need to donate and spend Royal Points to obtain. v0.62 came out 12th Nov, 2008 (afaik, this is the official date). If you attempt to search for this hairstyle while restricting the time period (up to and including v0.62, you will find no results. Spoiler: Top Google results with restricted time frame If you want this hairstyle (and probably quite a few others), you will most likely need to donate for it. The hairstyles that existed in v0.62 are correct as far as I know and nothing is missing that I've ever noticed. However I'm not 100% certain and you will need to confirm this with a member of staff. Possibly. I wouldn't have a clue. However, they aren't VIP or REG at Kerning City like they were originally (iirc) at the moment. They are either missing (which I doubt), or they are donor only.
Regardless of GMS or EMS, I believe all hairstyles will be available eventually. Its just a matter of its availability in the towns or strictly given to donors only.
If you think a hairstyle is missing (which we can't really check until the server goes back up), then I strongly suggest making a separate post in the Feedback section to bring up any missing hairstyles and to negotiate their addition. There's no need to continue to necropost on a mostly not-related thread.
