Your brother's account isn't banned, his connection (since he shares one with you) is. Also, ZeroLuk is playing from the same connection and device as you, lying will only make matters worse so enough of that. You are ZeroLuk and you are banned for scamming players. You will be unbanned in 3-days because you will have to serve out your first offense for Objectionable Behavior. Do not run away from your mistakes, learn from them so that you don't repeat them and get banned in the future.
