Hello, Can a GM clarify if its allowed to sell artwork of someone in MapleRoyal's character Basically the same ideology as Leech Service I had some interest but some people in game said its illegal. Edit: Also if its illegal is it okay if they want to donate or give something in return? (if i don't ask for it)
Would be RWT if sell the artwork for meso But I not sure about selling artwork for real life currency through here though
Depending on the value of the item, it might raise some questions. You'll need a staff to confirm this.
I think there's a lot of doubt and questioning so far (also in game) , I think if a GM could verify this question that would be awesome. And if its RWT, are there any exceptions like art for example?

Selling artwork for mesos or any in-game service is not allowed, however there is nothing stopping the recipient from donating mesos or service on their own accord. Selling artwork for real world currency is not allowed on the basis that this forum should not be used as a place to advertise and make money for yourself - however like in the case of Tim's example, the thread was not intended as a selling thread, and the transaction (if it happens) would have occurred by chance as it wasn't the thread starter's intention when creating the thread.
pretty sure you are unless you are selling for mesos which is a big no no EDIT: i'd ask Gert or something. he's usually active and respond fast as well in my own experience. BIG EDIT: not allowed
I'm sorry to bother everyone. But as Matt said, the original intention of my post is just to share my work. I love Maplestory, on the premise of not violating the rules, I will continue to create more works related to Maplestory, and share in the forum. I am just a personal amateur of handcraft, not a profitable businessman, so if I violate any rules when posting a thread, please let me know so that I can better abide by the rules of the forum . And I also hope to meet more people of the same hobby. We can communicate with each other and make progress together.
