Hi Josh, appreciate your prompt response. Yes those are the affected parties as well. I see, that explains why none of us are able to log in; Does that mean after the period of ban we will have to reset our modem, routers and computers? Also to answer your question- Yes, there are seven of us playing together in this household majority of the time, if not all the time
no, this shouldn't be necessary. the unban date/time is 2020-05-27 03:20. if you guys have any problems logging in after, you can try restarting first. if not, let us know again here and we'll figure something out
re-opening this as further admin investigation has revealed some troubling issues. you and your household members are now permanently banned for a believable claim to account sharing and whitelist fraud
