Bravo for actually taking the time to calculate the xp rates and keeping note of all the drops. Any idea what the meso rate is at these maps?

 

Mesos are far from being an Islander priority, I might still do it but I suspect problems might occur with calculating the mesos gained from selling etc. and potions and apples or equips (especially given how variable equip drops can be, I'd have to do calculation for entire hours to get anywhere near accurate readings as opposed to my standard 5 or 10 minute exp measurements x 6 or 12). Slimes would by far be the most profitable spot imo since bubbles drop often and sell for 50 mesos ea (plus the equips are good in that map)

 

Seeing this post blasted be to the past when Slime Bubbles were actually a nice drop because they were sold for 50 mesos.

Optimal weapon for training?

 

The best weapon is really the highest attack weapon you can equip at your current level. They're mostly the same speed anyways.

 

I would imagine either Surfboard for the range (and somehow I prefer the swinging motion than the stabbing one in most of the terrains here) or Maple Umbrella for the additional walking speed, I find these 2 work the best for me based on experience

No thanks. In a way, the mundanity of islanding is what draws me to it.

 

The best weapon is the maple umbrella followed by the pumpkin spear and surfboard (surfboard having the edge at pigs if you lack jump).

I made a mistake in calculating pig spot, it is in fact much higher than I originally thought at a whopping 94.5k per hour. Me and Nature also did a team hunt in the mushroom and pig spot and it showed interesting results. OP will be updated.

Yeah so I am adding a new section which talks about the time investment and mushy / pig kills involved in each level, will fit it out fully eventually.
