    nope it doesn't work I have tried
    I used my laptop it worked but not the one i am using right now

    It doesn't show that you are mac banned on our end. Does your anti virus on the affected laptop have some sort of VPN in the background?

    if you use NordVPN and their newly released NordLynx (if you updated NordVPN recently) you may experience issues logging in after character selection because NordLynx gives you an additional MAC address: 00-00-00-00-00-00. This is a banned MAC address that hackers have used in the past. You can't connect using this MAC address.
