Closed Disconnected from Login server

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: McSiutty (McSIutty)
    Additional Information: Weird thing is if i take my laptop to my sisters house i can login no drama's but when i log in from home i select my character and it crashes with the 'Disconnected from login server' error.

    Please kindly try the following suggestions

    1) restart PC
    2) Windows Update + restart
    3) Make new character and login it
    4) re-install and restart
    5) Windows Network Reset
    6) Terminate NordVPN background process via Task Manager
