Hello fellow maplers, I am starting my hero and I had few questions regarding warrior end game equips, the only hero question I have is regarding stonetooth vs claymore. 1. What are the equips I should be aiming for? How should I prioritize what to upgrade first? 2. Regarding Stonetooth and Dragon Claymore, I noticed that many people lean towards Stonetooth as their preferred weapon of choice, why is that? Thank you in advance if you reply to this post, I have been playing Royals for about a couple months now and my knowledge is only limited to Mages (specifically bishops) so these questions may seem obvious to the common player.
Hey, Stonetooth has the 120 dex requirement and a faster attackspeed. Claymore has more atk, slower speed but also perfect with booster to bin bigfoot. With SI both will be same speed but not every party has SI therefore most people use stonetooth.
1. Focus on getting 126 wa+ st 2. Get scrolled top like 23/7, and scrolled bot 20-23 dex bot. No need to get a great top/bot to start. 3. 10-12 dex earring 4. Scrolled zhelm - 29-35 dex 5. htp if still need dex, otherwise MoN 6. Get a scrolled warrior glove (10-11 str, 9 dex, 13-14 wa) or buy 15 wa scg 7. Get cape 8. Get facestompers (fs) These are the core items you need, extras you worry about later are spectrum goggle, scrolled maple leaf/rudolph nose. Always upgrade glove->cape->fs in that order (cheapest). It is ok to have like 20-40 points in dex, you can always take some out. Dragon claymore does more damage than ST if you have speed infusion.
