According to Zenooo's post this set up is equivalent to a 135att ST or slightly more at lower levels/att pots.

Before the spike in population 128ST was roughly ~2.2b more or less depends on seller/buyer. But its well over that price now, we're looking at roughly 3b or a little less for it.

I'm not quite sure, because I'm at a spot where if I get rid of this set up then I'm prone to a downgrade more than an upgrade. And they won't sell if I up the price.
