Ok, I'll write this because I'm sure what happened with me was unfair. If you wanna know better, this is my ban appeal: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/accounted-deleted-blocked-from-connection.161594/#post-950542.

Well, I was completely excluded from the game (not only a account ban, I can't even play on another account) just because I created an item mule character (lv.55) on my account's brother and it is considered sharing. I have not behaved toxic to the game at any time. I have always been respectful to all the Staff, especially when I gave this information about the account to them because my brother decided to start playing and for the first time we were going to play simultaneously (in different accounts), so I wanted to be added to the whitelist to vote twice, and I tried my best to keep playing it.

Based on this, I suggest you (without wanting to try to teach anything, because I'm sure about the professionalism of the staff) to be more careful with your players. I believe it would be time to review these punishments, because as it is, a person who creates a mule on another's account receives the same punishment as someone who launches DDoS attacks or hackers. This should in no way be similar.

    Thanks.

Did you properly read the game terms and conditions? Account sharing is quite clearly explained. Creating a mule on somebody else's account, and proceeding to level it up to level 55 cannot constitute as a minor offence, and I doubt you did this expecting a 30 day ban, as I can't see how it's worth the risk for a month of not being able to play the game. So I strongly believe that you simply didn't properly read the rules which clearly outline that having access to somebody else's account is not allowed.

We cannot give leniency to those who decide not to take time to read the rules, they are there for a reason, and giving exceptions to players because of not reading them would set a bad precedent and create loopholes for players to abuse.

Years ago I didn't know this, which is why I created my mule on that account. I doubt that you read all the rules of something before using it.
Anyway, I’m not asking for a unban because I didn’t know the rules, it's all about the punishment.
Im just saying that now I read the rules and that’s why I’m suggesting CHANGE it, because creating a lv55 mule, for you, is the same of hacking, or can be the same of using macro. It's completely no sense.

PS: maybe Im getting creazy hahahah 'cause as I can see Im the only who thinks it's unfair o.o

Personally I think creating a low-level mule on someone else's account doesn't warrant a permanent ban. But the reason you are permanently banned likely is because the staff don't know the actual extent of your account sharing. You claim that all you did is was create a low-level mule, but how are the staff to know for certain? Because for all we know, you could have just as easily been using high-level characters on your brother's account to gain an unfair advantage or using his characters for vote abuse.

If you had concrete proof showing that the extent of your account sharing involved only the low-level mule that you mentioned, maybe your ban appeal would have ended up differently. I don't know. But there is a reason that punishment for account sharing is (seemingly) excessive.

I got your point. I think the staff have access to check all my character levels on my brother's account, and they are all between 50-55.
If you meant about my main (Braza), they don't have any proof about sharing. I know they don't need to prove anything, but Im just saying I got ban because I admitted using my brother's account which isn't the same of my main.

It doesn't matter what account your main is on- if you break the rules and get banned you are banned. This includes all accounts, and any accounts you make trying to evade the ban (which has it's own issues).

"evade the ban" hahahahah if I was trying to evade something I would not tell directly the Staff about it. Seems you don't even know the story.

But either way, I'm sure I got banned for some personal reason. Either someone at Staff doesn't like me, or maybe GM wasn't having a good day or something. It is not a crime to create an lv50 char on my bro's account. I didn't have shit on my account 3 or 4 days before. It is obvious that there was no abuse and it is obvious that it did not deserve a permanent ban.
I keep checking the forum to laugh at ban appeals, and I have often seen GM reduce the penalty for much more serious crimes, like people being accused of macro. Maybe if the Royals had 50 players, you would care more about losing one, and would investigate the case better.

It is against the rules to create a character on anyone else's account

Your own account should only have your own characters

    Simple as that

Maybe you can understand now. It's all about the permanent thing.

I don't think it's fair for you to request any changes to the rules when you did not read them at all

If you wish to provide suggestions such as rules should be changed, please provide solid reasoning with quotes from the T&C
However do note that even if the rules are changed, your ban will not be reverted as your ban is in place before any changes to the rules were applied

I hope the above explanation can clarify your doubts as you seem to be having issues to understand why your ban is in place and feel others are against you personally

I don't know why are you still trying to argue about the punishment period. The rules stand clearly that second offense of account sharing is result in permanent ban and you were using those account for a long time apparently. It didn't matter the usage of those accounts.

And based on your attitude to other players. I personally glad that you are banned from the server :3

No other attitude could be taken, because there are ppl like you that don't know anything talking about my case, not my suggestion at all. It was my first offense, so, based on what you're saying, Im supposed to be 30 day banned.

Yea, it's not a ban appeal. Im not requesting my unban here. Im saying it's unfair after reading rules and reading a lot of ban appeals. Go on last page of ban appeals and check how GMs used to be on the begin of the server.

What do you mean we know nothing about your case? You've literally just said you got to level 50 on your brother's account which is against the rules, by the way.

Tell me why it's unfair? Because I'll tell you why it is fair:
-You've helped your brother surpass quite a few players by making a character for him and playing it.
-You're only allowed to have access to your own account.
-It's stated in the rules (which you've agreed to twice-- once when making your account, and the second time when you log in for the first time it gives you a pop up notice explaining the rules.)

I'm not trying to be rude or harsh, but it's in the rules.

I not sure what do you mean by unfair, cause the rules stated clearly what isn't allowed, and what would happen

Regarding the last page of Ban Appeals, I'm not seeing anything wrong
And the beginning of the server is like 7 years ago lol

I'm locking this as you're just using this thread as an excuse to continue arguing for your ban appeal, which was denied. There will be no more discussion about this since you broke rules that were clearly shown in our terms and conditions. If you create any future threads regarding this, they will be closed and met with warning points.
