(i quitted around 10th March) When I get back to Royals today and suddenly saw some/ all of my scrolls and items have gone! :c specifically on these chars: . IGN and PROBLEMS and DETAILS: MomoChan: lost 188tma wand 5 Banque: lost all of my scrolls Marchee: lost most of valuable scrolls, all of my mesos, all of my c.ilbies (4-5 sets im not sure) aScroll: lost all of my scrolls Shingle: fairly godly mantis set (29stat top/27stat bot(F)) , 77att RC, 9 att PGC, all of EOFs . Currently i cant access my chars Fiummery and Fiance (due to ban check), so im not sure if my loss is even worse or not . Im confused, please check my accounts' logins after the time I mentioned and suggest me a solution
@Nordisk Sounds like you left them in the market, stores got closed and items were disposed to Fredrick's inventory. I have lost whitescrolls as well, but then if you read carefully about Fredrick. Each day you don't take the items back from him you lose 1% until all items are completely gone. NEVER LEAVE YOUR GOODS UNATTENDED!
I dont sell my attack gears. And how could I stock tons of scrolls in the market (abundance of types 10% 30% 60% - all gone) Im not sure if my account is hacked or bugged
sounds like you were hacked , I have a friend who quitted for a few months came back to find out all the b-coins gone but left with some failed ROAs.
Im thinking about that possibility because the aforementioned characters were at secluded map when I logged on this morning *pain in the gut . im still puzzled and have no clue how to start over
Do a virus scan on your computer, last time my MSEA account was hacked due to keylogger. Then change your password and pic, make sure is different your other online accounts. If your characters is not deleted then is you should be good to pick yourself back up again.
if or when they lift your ban and in case you dont get your gear back, ill help with 1b coin to you to help you get up on your feet. just makesure you have strong new password, new pic and pin.
