Does anyone know if this server will ever get Pink Bean?

I think it would be fun to see people come together and do run after run to beat it.

If we ever got Pink Bean we would need to have access the reverse items as i dont think even with all the godly and perfect stat items we had we'd be able to kill it. The thing that makes Pink Bean so unforgiving is the 1 hour timer. We'd need that extra stat boost to have any chance. Id very much prefer the boss went largely untouched with nerfs or time adjustments. It should be a boss that we the community throw every we have at it in order to defeat it. It should be something that is so close to impossible but still leaves the tiniest smallest room for success that it keeps players old and new interested in killing it. We can never allow it to become free farmed like horntail is. It has to be a boss that becomes an event when a group tries to kill it. That keeps things fresh and exciting. It is the end all be all boss of pre bb Maple. Nerfing it anyway just doesnt feel right imo.

Im not sure about the pq, but i know the earrings you get from it would have to be changed at a minimum. IIRC Matt said the version we use doesnt have the ability to do %base stat increase on item. Wed have to put flat stats on them instead

 

GM summoned Pink Pean in one event last year. So I think it's technically doable. It was fun although it dropped nothing. Still no idea why my dk died so many times.

To be fair, i don't think this server is ready for Pink Bean since only few selective ppl have the hp to do so let alone the dmg. Just have to wait or not gonna happen any time soon.

 

i think taht is precisely why something like pb(not exactly pb like it was) need to be introduced....that selective ppl have pretty much nothing exiting to do, and they either quit, or work like crazy to improve their gears even more till they ask themselfs "why am i even doing this?"..and join the 1st group, early and mid game players alrdy have content to enjoy..many of us still can see HT or auf haven as a challenge..they dont..i think is fair give something almost impossible to reach to have something that actually look foward to archieve

 

I agree i've met people with literally 3-4 lv 200s.... They basically have nothing to do other than level every job to 200 lol......

 

that is true, I feel like everyday I am doing the same thing over and over again (cwkpq, shao),
Especially when i reached level 200, i feel like i have completed the game , and there is no motivation to play.

I used to sell alot of leech for mesos, but i realized its not worth it , 1 hour skele leech for 150m? selling leech is like a job, I rather put this effort and work in real life for real money,

This game is really fun and addicting, but i feel that there is no exiting content for end game players .

 

i remember GM said they are planning to add Nerfed pink bean to Maple royals (pink bean hitting 10k dmg)
in the real server they hit like 25k dmg or higher,

 

real server they hit like 21k~28k i believe
