What did you guys get for Black Friday? Since Black 'Friday' happened on a Thursday evening at 6PM, my family decided to head to Best Buy for some deals and an IPad Mini. Turns out, all the IPad Mini 3s were sold out and all that was left was the IPad Mini 2s for regular price. Also turns out that I could've just checked online on the Best Buy website and buy it for the Black Friday price of $325 bucks for the latest IPad Mini 3. My family and I left Best Buy and head over to Kohls for some new clothes. Not only way the line literally 100 feet long, but almost nothing appealing was cheap! Everything that I could see myself wearing was either way too big or at regular price. Maybe I'll have better luck on the day of. What are some of your failures and triumphs this year?
Got one out of 5 Samsung galaxy 3 lite tablet's they were selling for $99 at Walmart. Stood around forever, got bounced between aisles because the workers were terribly unorganized ("It'll be in the grocery aisle!" "It's locked up in electronics!" "All items are out on the floor!"... but where's the tablets?" "Oh maybe they're still locked up in electronics.." ). Totally worth it though, this tablet is awesome and my poor ipod touch pales in comparison to it now. To think my itouch was twice the price of this thing.. Also got myself some new pajama bottoms for $4 each. Not bad. & Helped my bf's stepbrother get two 65" t.vs. Ridiculous.
Bought a few things: iPhone case, a crazy fruit t-shirt from asos and a various things from bath and body works & the body shop, along with two pairs of jeans from AE. Spoiler: because fruit? Probably should have waited until cyber monday but, some of the sales were the same as in-store. *-*
Chaos and Pain supplements, which are my favorite brand, are running a great deal. 30% off all powders which is pretty good, but BOGO on all capsules. Stocked up on on kind of capsule I've tried and loved, and also bought a new one to play around with. It's just too bad this had to coincide with them running out of AMP citrate products (which are now banned by the FDA, they could only sell old stock). Best part is they're an online retailer so I didn't have to wait in any lines.
I bought a 42"tv and a pc monitor online tho and both very cheap so it was well worth it, my outdated screens need to be thrown away... Black friday is a pretty new thing here so i didn't even realise it until guild started talking about it.
Wasting several hours of my life to save a few bucks is a waste of time. I'll probably end up buying a bunch of computer hardware I don't need on CM.
Got 2 pairs of tiro pants, champions league final ball, flip flops, 2 long sleeve shirts, 1 cardigan, a hat, 3 vnecks, 2 boxers
copped 4 pairs of jeans. 2 lucky brand, 2 guess. copped 3 socks, 1 pacsun, 2 someplace i forgot, but they're tuff. copped a few shirts. a sweater. was looking for a nice hoodie, but no luck. i got a tuff christmas sweater from H&M with polar bears and penguins and went to a party on saturday (The day after black friday) and MAD GIRLS were complimenting me on my sweater xD
I bought mostly fuzzy and neutral colored sweaters and some lotions from V&S. Even though California is always sunny. I totally regret not buying shoes from Nine West and Macy..Man..50% off on their boots and heels... & I couldn't even enter the shop to see kate spade bags..So much waiting.. besides that, there was nothing else to see in the malls.=v=
