Hello all! After much fighting with my antivirus and monitor settings, I managed to get the game to work. But I've always had this problem with a black screen and flickering due to my monitor resolution being too high, and the Setup file refuses to work because it says I need DirectX 8.1 or higher (I have DirectX 11, so...). But my own solution to that was to simply hit Alt+Enter to enter Windowed mode. My screen resolution is huge so I would never play the game in full screen anyway. Unfortunately, I have to do this every time I start the game, even though I have my game settings set to Windowed mode by default. Is there any way to start the game up in Windowed mode or should I just deal with seeing the black flickering screen every time I start the game?
