I've played the server for a short while and noticed a lot of people like to make a character to do a specific low level activity (CPQ carrying for example). Lately I have been thinking about doing the same, but having to kill yourself over and over seems kind of tedious. I've tried finding another thread on the matter but only found one from 2014.. so I'd like to bring it up again. Here are my thoughts; - People are making these characters regardless of whether there is a way to toggle EXP or not (I will also be doing the same) - When people die with the "level lock" active, they should still lose EXP (saw this mentioned somewhere on the 2014 post) - This "Level lock" or "toggle exp" feature does not have to be in the form of a command.. in fact I would much prefer it wasn't. There are many ways this can be achieved in a reasonable way that also makes sense. Think places like Temple of Time, Holy Stone (At Holy Ground at the Snowfield map) and the Tombstone NPC that sits outside Papulatus. I realise that these maps may not be accessible to lower levels.. but I am just trying to get the ball rolling. I can't think of a reason to not implement a feature like this unless it drastically increases the amount of people level locking characters..? But is that even a bad thing? Let me know your thoughts below!
