LF> Feedback about lag since 1st Dec

    We have made a change which may have stopped some issues so I'd like to hear from everyone about how the lag has been since the server check that happened at about midnight last night. Has there been any improvement?

    Also, if you are getting frequent 'cannot connect to server - server check' errors when starting the client. Make sure you are using the normal MapleRoyals client from the downloads page. Not any edited clients that I have recently asked some users to try to use.

    Haven't had any issues as of right now. Been playing for around 2 hours and it's been running without lag.

    I was getting the 'cannot connect to server - server check' error yesterday with the correct client but so far today I'm 100% happy. I've never been able to NPC an inventory of equips as fast as I did just now. I haven't been online for very long so I'm not sure how valuable my feedback is, but I'll be sure to comment again tonight after my day of play is over.

    I have been playing for 3 hours now, And have not experienced any lag at all.

    I have experienced no lag since the change. I was able to zak with no lag :D !

    I didnt experience any lag at all for the 4 hours i played. Had a couple of freezes with the result of disconnecting, but wasn't any problem at all. Vast improvement!!

    Great job on fixing this guys! (clap clap) :D

    Today I didn't experience server sided issues and I was online for about 8 hours.

    Was online for over 8 hours and managed to see "you've played maple for 6 hours, you should take a break" :D

    There was a lag spike or two yesterday but other than that it seemed great while I was online.

    I have been getting that error on my mac client about 9 of every 10 times I attempt to start the game for maybe two weeks now. I'm not using any experimental client - I haven't touched my client files since the new .wz's came out for the november patch. Once I'm actually in game I have no problems at all - if anything my connectivity is better than average, but starting the client is takes between 5 and 10 tries most times, and about every second time I log out to switch characters, my client will crash and give me the connectivity message.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried downloading the MapleRoyals.exe and overwriting the old one in your Mac client?

    Finding the game to be very laggy everytime i'm online, with mass dc's frequently.
    I don't know if it's the time's i'm on because im on later on in the day (est) because I work. I found the game to be extremely laggy after the thanksgiving event was incorporated, and still is.

    I know there was an attack sometime around the time you posted that message. If it is happening all the time can you make sure you are using the normal MapleRoyals client?

    I believe everything i'm using is proper. I don't think it's just me who experiences lag most hours of the day everyday, and dc's unlike ever before thanksgiving.
