Fixed cant add buddy

when i try to add someone as buddy an error msg comes up. it happens to the other persoon too and only happens with that person...
can gm help the other player told me that it starten happening since the new patch...

hmm i think it requires an admin to check up on it so u gotta wait. heard theres gonna be a server check soon so u shld try again after that if an admin doesnt get back to u b4 it happens
