Several questions about multiple account

I have earned some mesos in chair gach !!LUCKY!!
so I am looking forward to self leeching a HP wash pirate right after my F/P get 4th jobs
I have some questions
1)Is it allowed to have more than one account with same personal informations？
and can I control them at the same time?
I will use only one of them to vote

2)Is Girl X Girl marriage works now？I saw a old guide says that it doesn`t works

3)Bucc VS Corsair I don`t have "that much of money"so I wonder which class has cheaper gears or easy to wash
and which one is more powerful in bossing？

I got another question to ask also about this issue.

If players use multiple clients at the same time, can they do that also inside boss fights and PQ's? For example if someone wants to bring his HS mule into a Boss run or PQ, because they couldnt find a bishop for that.

I want to know is there any risk that giving property to my very new account suspected to be RWT？（I forgot to write this question）

 

So multi clienting is allowed anywhere, anytime, anyplace? even if lets say, I create a new separate account just to create a HS mule on it for a HS mule for myself to HS myself, whenever I want.

 

Oh and HB mule too, lets say. I want to have HB when I train or when I go to a boss, I can bring my HB mule with me?

 

bucc is cheaper than sair
sair is allegedly better than bucc
