    • What you were doing before being disconnected: I dont remember, i have like 2 years + whitout play, i did update of my account information in the control panel, etc. When i try to enter whit one of my 3 characters, none of them can enter to the game, so the game return me to the login screen whit the message "id already logged ". Help please. ty.

    The loading page was taking a while so I exited out of the client to reclient and fix the issue. Then I got the message and am stuck floating over a portal in leafre ch17.

    Been like this for about 2 or 3 days now: I can get past everything all the way to character selection screen, and everytime after entering my PIC instead of taking me in game it will take me to the username and password screen and hit me with the error.

    last location is : changed channel after searching for headless horseman at hallowed grounds, screen turned black and i forcefully closed the window as it wasnt responding then i got the already logged in message

    • What you were doing before being disconnected: Was trying to get to a store in FM at channel 10, got disconnected and was stuck at the login page. It appears that channel 10 was bugged and other players were experiencing the same issue.
