I played back in 2018 and decided to come back to the game but it isn't working for me. I can still log into forums but not the control panel. I remember the password, email account, and IGN I have. When I played, I didn't do anything that would lead to a ban so I'm wondering if MapleRoyals just deletes inactive accounts.
Please note that the forum login ID and password can be different from the game accounts You may wish to reset your password via Control Panel The Staff do not delete any inactive accounts
I tried resetting my password but it doesn’t send me an email. I’m sure I remember the password but not the username. Is there a way to recover my username? I only remember my IGN and character names.

I do have access to my email but everytime I try to reset it it doesn’t send to my email. The username is the one I can’t remember so I can’t fill that form out. I remember everything else but that.

I am able to receive emails for 5/6 of my accounts, so I believe you probably wrote it wrongly for the email Unless the emails are stuck at Junk/Spam mail
