Just because you pay for a VPN doesn’t mean it automatically assigns you a private IP. You could still be getting an IP that a hacker used and got banned. Try logging in without your VPN.

Multitude of reasons but I'd say the most common is the fact that some ISPs recycle IP addresses and you may have gotten a banned one that was preventing you from logging in. Welcome back, glad you got in.

Try restarting your computer, also make sure that you have the latest files downloaded and aren't using outdated files.
Try searching about or posting your problem in the Technical Help section of our forums, there's a lot of helpful guides and people willing to assist you. This is no longer a ban appeal (because you aren't banned) so it would be a more appropriate place to continue to get help.
