How do I get the Snipe Skillbook?

I read that you have to start at Athena Pierce but she doesn't give any quests. Please help

 

From what I remember it starts with getting the green skill book from sharks and you take that to Wiz the Librarian as well as some other items.

 

Yea I grinded at sharks for a long time and couldnt get one so i was confused, but i finally got it, thanks

 

Do you have to be lvl 150 BM for this skillbook? Because Wiz isn't saying anything although I have what he wants. Im lvl 139.

 

Snipe is only for MM. If you get the ancient book from sharks, Wiz the Librarian should start the skill quest for concentrate if you are a BM, no matter what level you are

That title on a BM is just for show

 

THX! I was reading BM guides and I guess they combine MM and BM skill books there.
Wiz isn't giving me the concentrate quest.

Yes I do

 

Go to your quest window and look under the "available" and "in progress" tabs. there should be a section for job quests. all available skill questlines should appear there. if you still don't have the concentrate skill questline there, you probably have to make a character issue thread

 

Does the lvl of the char matter? She is lvl 139

 

No, all skill quests should be available to any class right after their 4th job advancement. I got all my skills at 120 on my BM
