    Last thing you did: Chilling in Henesys with the henehoes and with the GVNG.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Reported/Asked for a refund on PayPal for my RP that I've never received and it's been two weeks. I've tried contacting you via email and in forums, no response.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.”
    What GM banned you (optional): Not sure.

    I can see there is an open dispute with PayPal which has caused your account to be banned, however I also see the 21RP already on your account, so not sure what RP you are missing, as it looks correct to me. If 21RP is correct (you can see this by clicking the Get RoyalPoints button the website and logging in), then you should close the PayPal dispute and we will unban your account.

    Hello,

    It must be a bug then, I was not able to use them in CS. Is there a way to unbug it? I’ll go ahead and close the dispute.

    Can you ensure that you are trying to buy an item from the 'donor' tab section, and tick the checkbox for 'Purchase using RP'

    Since the case is closed, your account has been unbanned.

    Thank you! The bug was trying to purchase the Character Name Change, it said I didn’t have enough prepaid NX.
