if you went on a boss run with someone who just looted everything, would you risk going on a second run in the hope that he wouldnt do the same thing again?
since devin is the host (from what i read), he gets to decide the loot. you should have asked who is getting nx/ring before entering and left if you didnt agree with it.

i just sayed so when recruted and did just as i sayed.and they never mentioned that nx/ring taken or going for 1 run only.(trio) and the other NL just sayed in mid run that he takes the ring and only after few messeges that i ask abt the loot next run he talled that he comes to only 1 run (after sec apple was allready on) and it was just before server reset..

Your side of the story only hurts your case--you admitted to having made the premeditated decision to take the loot when the host specified that it would not be going to you. This also means that you absolutely knew for a fact that your offer to allow them to take the ring after the next run was complete nonsense, because all three of you were aware of the fact that there would only be one run. The proper course of action would have been to ask for compensation for not receiving a ring--if they refused, it would have been your right to report them to the blacklist. What you did instead was to steal the ring that did not belong to you, offer a bullshit solution to remedy the situation, and then proceed to taunt the other players. This wasn't miscommunication, this was just extremely poor bossing etiquette.

And all of this is in light of your lack of credibility considering the fact that you have not provided any screenshots in support of your claim.

It's unreasonable to ask for the party host to lay out every single specifications that may or may not be relevant to you when recruiting party members. Ideally, it's something that both the host should notify recruits and the recruits should take due diligence in asking about. A scenario like this is a classic case of miscommunication. Your actions following that miscommunication was poor etiquette.

 

It's not personal- I just don't like people who are bullies (common word, read it anyway you want) and think they're being victimized.

PS. I made a mistake on a bundle shop once. I didn't hit bundle. Woe is me for a small mistake. Also as you recall,back in 2018,I had people on the server gang up on me such as Don,Jake from state farm and all their buddies in the shoutbox. Why? Because you and some other people decided to bully ME. And from there on I was fair game. Believe me. I have every single screenshot of everything that involved me ever on this server. Anytime you want to see them be my guest. I have never done anything to anyone in this server.Yet some people mark me as someone to mess with.

tha party leader didnt knew himself that the NL comes to one run and after he knew that he just asked him: ohhh why u didnt tell me? and that it... two of us thought that its going to be 2 run as is should be, but i got u, u defend ur friend, so i dont really care, who know me in this server know that iam honest and if need ill pay for my shit, but in this case i dont think i was wrong, but the thread post just want to defend his friends or guildy i dont know, and blacklistted me just cuz i sayed the ring stats? and if the dex wasnt perfect i didnt got black listed?
