Hello admins! Could you please check what is wrong with my account? I have tried couple days to log in but unsuccessfully. I am able to get to the character select screen, but after trying to join. It just gets back to login screen and says "Unable to connect to the game server".
Oh and what I have tried already: Restart computer Reinstall mapleroyals Close any 3rd party applications

Lmao I literally just created this forum profile and set my avatar Also it's a common avatar. They wont ban players based on avatars.
I cannot play with that resolution unfortunately, it's too small for my eyes so my vision is too bad.
Hi, if you're hard wired, try using wifi. if you're on wifi, try hard wiring your internet. you may have the same issue I have.
