Can't staff just track the IP/MAC? He's committed many offenses to many players.

Is it me or does it feel like there are more scammers who don't know English well?

 

referring to tracking the IP/MAC to find out who Wuhu is, I think there'd have to be a report made, as this forum isn't for getting people banned, but making people aware of poor behavior

YoungTO joined our Krex run, Deal offered by Jaakester (party leader/host) was for him to take 1 ring out of the 2 Krex runs. YoungTO agreed to the terms but did not fulfil his end of the bargain, took ring from first run and went offline. (can be seen in SS below). Recruit him for BOSS RUNS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 3. DETAILS: I was killing Eliza's and I had this one nearly halfway dead. This player cc'd into my map, instantly Genesis'd and then waited to see if I could loot the nx, saw I couldn't...then came up and stole it. I understand this technically doesn't qualify as KSing since I didn't have time to say "please cc", but it was really rude to steal the loot just because he did a few percent more damage to the thing than I had managed to. I don't know if this report is even worth posting since I don't have a video, but you can see our brief conversation and evidence that I had been attacking it in the screenshot at least.

2. REASON: KSing/Looting
3. DETAILS: I was in the snowman map attacking mobs. Alekzan cc'd into my channel and Snowman spawned, so I started attacking it. Instead of checking map ownership, he started attacking it as well. He ended up dealing more damage than me, so he was able to loot the drops. At the end, he defamed me and logged off.

 

With map ownership in the ss, think you can report him in the Report Abuse section for ksing.

 

Can confirm this guy's name is "Alekzan" , encountered him last month while killing Snowman too . The dude just cc's into the channel and cast "Meteor Shower" regardless if you have mapowner or are in the middle of killing the snowman . Anyway i doubt blacklisting him would do any good since it's probably not his main .

 

I think it might be a stretch, but if this guy has been acting like this to others I'll submit a report. Thanks.

 

It seems like the second run had already started in your screenshot--were they online when the second run started? It could be possible that they just disconnected. Have you tried contacting them afterwards?

Added. I understand that the character might not be their main but since they're a 4th job mage it'll still be helpful in case they want to sell leech or other services in the future.

On an unrelated note, what do you guys think of permanently banned players on the blacklist? Strike through their name or just remove it for clutter's sake? Let me know!

 

simply remove them, cause your goal was to keep this list slim and up to date

 

I think another option could be to put these names in a separate list. This list can just hold the blacklisted players who were banned after being blacklisted. It can show readers the efficacy of taking initiative and reporting players who behave poorly in this game and encourage them to report any wrongdoing that they see, rather than just looking the other way.

2. REASON: Ulu1 leech scam. Scammed me out of 65 mil (which is missing in my inventory in the screen shots). He is playing dumb saying he did not get the mesos. He has already been banned once for leech scamming with video evidence.
3. DETAILS: Here are the screenshots with our interaction. Unfortunately I did not get all the screen shots of the entire transaction. He went to go buy pots and never came back but stayed in the party. I called him out for it and he later logs off. Eventually he logs back on and I ask him about it again and he leaves the party. As stated before he has already been banned earlier in the forum with video evidence so I hope he will gain another infraction.

 

Within this evidence u should make a report abuse to have this guy banned
